We were absolutely delighted with the experience with Paw Prints hotel. Craig has got the dogs best interested at heart and we had video evidence how contended and relaxed Murphy and Amber, his best friend, who boarded together, were. We also had regular updates and photos as well. Fun outings at the dog park completed the package. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this service. Total peace of mind while we had our weekend away.

We are so happy we chose Paw Prints Dog Hotel to look after our boy Negan. Everything from checking in to checking out went extremely smoothly. Negan was very happy with Craig and his Doggy hotel room where he was supplied with a big bed and doggy adventures on TV. We had 24hr access to a live feed to check in on Negan and he was always comfortably stretched out sleeping our out for adventures. We will definetly be using these services again. Thank you Craig!

I have been a regular customer of Paw Prints for over 5 years using the grooming services for my two Griffon brothers and checked my boys into the new Paw Prints Dog Hotel on the 4th April this year for 3 nights. All the facilities are excellent and all the staff are highly professional and look after every aspect of my boys welfare when I need too travel. I feel totally relaxed and comfortable with all the Hotels professional services. When I pick my boys up on my return, they are very reluctant to check out …..it does not get any better than that level of 5 star doggy care.

Luca’s Weekend Getaway: Five Paws Up! Our almost-3-year-old working cocker spaniel, Luca, recently traded in his usual woodland zoomies for a weekend retreat at Paw Prints Dog Hotel – and honestly, we think he had a better holiday than we did! From the moment we booked, communication from Paw Prints was pawsitively flawless. Check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear, and it was obvious that Luca’s comfort and happiness were top priority. Now, I’ll admit – I was a bit of a nervous paw-rent. We’d only left Luca once before, and it’s hard not to worry when your fur baby is off on their own adventures. But those nerves quickly melted away thanks to the daily Pupdates from Evelyn. Each message came with snapshots of Luca living his absolute best life – sniffing, sprinting, and generally looking like he’d landed in doggy paradise. Walks were tailored to suit both the weather and Luca’s mood, which we really appreciated. When we picked him up, he was waggy, happy, and just the right amount of tired (a sign of excellent adventures). It was clear he’d been loved and well cared for – like a guest, not just a boarder. We can’t thank Evelyn and Craig enough for treating Luca like one of their own. We’re already planning his next holiday there – he deserves it, and honestly, so do we (peace of mind is priceless!). If you’re considering dog care while you’re away, stop looking and book with Paw Prints Dog Hotel. Your dog will thank you – probably by falling asleep with a goofy grin on their face.

This was the first time I had considered my pet staying elsewhere. I was very apprehensive however after we visited the Paw Prints hotel I was immediately reassured. The rooms are clean, hygienic and well maintained. The access to the camera meant that I could easily see how my pet was doing. My dog was taken for a long walk and the picture update showed she was having a great time. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Paw Prints hotel in the future.
