Booking & Reservations

How can I book a stay for my dog?
Booking is easy! Simply visit our Booking Page, select your preferred dates and services, fill in your dog's details, and make a secure payment. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email with all the booking information.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak times (like holidays), to ensure availability for your dog.

​

Is there a deposit required to reserve a spot?
Currently, we require full payment to secure your booking. If payment is not made, your dates may become available for others to book. If you need to cancel your stay, you have up to 30 days prior to your booking date to receive a full refund.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 30 days in advanceare eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date are non-refundable.

Health & Safety

​

What vaccinations are required for my dog to stay?
For the health and safety of all our guests, we require that dogs are up-to-date on the following vaccinations:

  • Parvovirus

  • Hepatitis

  • Leptospirosis

  • Distemper

In addition, the Kennel Cough vaccine must be administered at least 14 days before their stay. This helps prevent highly contagious respiratory infections. Proof of vaccinations must be provided at check-in.

Why are vaccinations important?
Vaccinations protect your dog from life-threatening diseases and help prevent the spread of infections between dogs during their stay. If your dog hasn’t had recent boosters, it may take 2–3 weeks for the vaccines to build immunity, so it’s important to check with your vet in advance.

Do you have any safety measures in place?
Yes, your dog’s safety is our top priority! Our safety measures include:

  • GPS trackers for dogs if they leave the building

  • 24/7 camera monitoring in all rooms

  • Staff trained in Canine First Aid and emergency procedures

How are health checks conducted during my dog’s stay?
We conduct daily health checks to monitor each dog’s behavior, appetite, and overall comfort. Any signs of illness or discomfort are addressed immediately, and we will contact you if needed.

​

What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
If your dog becomes unwell or injured during their stay, we’ll take immediate action. Our staff are trained in Canine First Aid, and we have a local veterinary contact on standby. We’ll notify you right away and follow your instructions for any medical care.

 

Boarding & Care

Will my dog be interacting with other dogs during their stay?
We have a Personalized Interaction Policy. Your dog will not interact with other dogs unless you approve it. This ensures a safe and comfortable experience tailored to each guest.

​

What are the rooms like?
Our rooms are designed to feel like a cozy home away from home, without concrete floors or cages. Each room includes:

  • Comfortable bedding

  • A TV for soothing background sounds

  • 24/7 camera access so you can check in on your dog from anywhere

​

Can my dogs stay together if I have more than one?
Absolutely! For families with multiple dogs, they can share a room. For families with multiple large dogs, we offer our Presidential Suite, which combines two large rooms to provide extra space. This suite can accommodate up to 3 or 4 large dogs so they can enjoy their stay together.

​

How often will my dog be walked?
All boarding guests receive daily walks as part of their stay. Additional walks or play sessions can be added to your package for that extra bit of fun and exercise.

Amenities & Special Features

​

Can I check in on my dog while they’re staying with you?
Yes! Each room is equipped with a camera, allowing you to view your dog 24/7 from any location. You can even remotely dispense treats to make their stay extra enjoyable.

​

Is grooming available?
We offer grooming as an optional add-on. For guests staying a week or more, a wash and dry is included before checkout so they go home fresh and clean (owners can opt out if preferred).

What additional services can I add to my dog’s stay?
We offer a range of add-on services, including:

Policies & Procedures

​

Do you allow dogs of all sizes and breeds?
We welcome dogs of all sizes and breeds, provided they meet our health and behavior requirements. If your dog has specific needs, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

​

What should I bring with my dog?
Please bring your dog’s food to maintain their diet. You’re also welcome to bring any familiar items, like a blanket or toy, to make their stay more comfortable. We provide bedding, bowls, and treats!

​

Do you have a policy for aggressive behavior?
Yes. For safety, we assess each dog’s behavior and only allow socialization with other dogs if it’s approved by the owner. Dogs displaying aggression may need to be removed from group settings, and we’ll contact you to discuss the best course of action.

​

What if I need to extend my dog’s stay?
If you need to extend your dog’s stay, please contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
