Step 2: Fill Out the Online Booking Form

To ensure we provide personalised care for your dog, you'll be asked to fill in some important details, including:

Dog's details: Name, age, breed, gender, and any special care requirements.
Health and Vaccinations: Upload proof of required vaccinations. (This can be provided before your check-in date and is not required at the time of booking if you don’t have them to hand, but it will be required at check-in at the latest.) Behavioral information: Let us know if your dog prefers solo playtime or if they're happy to socialize with others.
Additional requests: Add extra services like grooming, additional play sessions, or treats,💡 Helpful Tip: Be as detailed as possible so we can tailor your dog’s stay to meet their needs.

Step 3: Confirm Your Booking Details

Before finalising, you’ll have the chance to review all your booking details, including:

Dates of stay
Room type (Standard, Presidential Suite, etc.)
Extra add-ons (additional walks, playtime, grooming)
Need to make a change? No problem! You can go back and update your details before confirming.

Step 4: Receive Confirmation Email & Payment Link

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an automatic email within 24 hours. The email will include:

Payment link: Use this link to complete your payment and secure your dog’s stay.
Booking summary: All the key details of your booking will be listed.
Next steps: A checklist of what you’ll need to bring for check-in (e.g., proof of vaccinations, food, personal items).
💡 Note: Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Please complete your payment as soon as possible to secure your dog’s spot.
